Good Day WOB Fans,

The House and the Senate have reached an agreement on financial regulation Friday which is the ultimate precursor to the definition of an “oxymoron. ”

The agreement will permit some banks to participate in hedge funds , but prohibit them from making risky bets with their own money. Go figure.

Where are  Senator Glass and Congressman Steagall when we need them?
